We are Colinda (1965) and Renée (1967). Both born in the Netherlands and have been helping people improve their overall wellbeing for years.
Colinda is an Orthomolecular Epigenetic therapist, Shiatsu therapist, Do-In yoga instructor, classically trained in Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine according to the Plato standard, in short, a broadly developed therapist with in-depth knowledge about the functioning of the human body. In her own practice - Practice the Five Elements - she has helped many clients with various problems and misunderstood complaints since 2007.
Renée started in marketing then trained as a golf teacher and coach and later as a life coach.
Together, we form a close-knit team that complements each other seamlessly and offers a versatile range of therapies and treatments to make life easier.
Our dream is now coming true in the beautiful natural area of Dalarna, the heart of Sweden, where we have opened our retreat centre. It is our desire to offer a safe place to anyone who feels the need to get away from the daily hectic to work on recovery or to further develop themselves. Together, we possess a wide range of insights and tools to be allowed to support this.
We therefore express our wish to welcome you soon and guide you in your process of becoming the best version of yourself.
The origin of our name lies in the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with silver or gold dust, making it — once whole again — more beautiful than the original ever was. This is how we see it with people as well. We all acquire cracks and fissures in life, which make us who we are. The art is to accept these apparent imperfections and use them to become whole again.
Out of the hamster wheel called the Netherlands, we have chosen a life in nature in a beautiful place where we want to welcome you and share our experiences. Experiences of life in this place, where the peace and quiet are deafening and the stress visibly slips away from you.
